The success of an endodontic surgery depends on the removal a persistent infection from external apical surface and necrotic tissue or contaminated filling material within root canal system followed to complete end preparation. current concepts surgical endodontics recommend that its execution with use magnification illumination operating microscope, which allows easier identification apices, small ostectomies smaller apex resection angles. objective this article is report discuss clinical case microsurgery where main resources currently recommended were used increase in endodontics. Based specific equipments, instruments materials increases predictability surgery. Among advances compared traditional we could observe less trauma operated region resulted faster more comfortable healing for patient.
